Helen is responsible for Finance and Information Technology providing strategic oversight across governance, financial control, reporting, risk management, strategic planning and IT services. Helen has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in both multinational businesses and Australian owned companies, across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, publishing, telecommunications and infrastructure. Her expertise spans financial management, corporate governance, strategic design, enterprise systems and team leadership. Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Botany Group, along with executive finance and strategy leadership roles at Allen & Unwin, Murrumbidgee Irrigation, George Westons Foods and Optus.
