Giving with Purpose
Since 2002
Founded in 2002 by founders of Key Pharmaceuticals, the late Tom Gregory and his wife Sherry, The Key Foundation stands strong in its resolve to invest in a brighter future, with over $5 million in donations to date. The Key Foundation embodies Key Pharmaceuticals’ drive to positively impact lives and support the pillars of society: medical research, the arts, the environment, social equity, first nations support and responsive needs (humanitarian crises and natural disasters).
In 2022, Key Pharmaceuticals committed to donating a minimum of 5% of profits per year to the Key Foundation. Nearly 100% of funding is donated to charities, with a nominal amount used to cover third party administrative costs.

Building Connections
Through Action
The Key Foundation is made possible by the generosity of Key Pharmaceuticals — not just through financial support, but through the time and energy of its people. Key Pharmaceuticals employees regularly volunteer with our community partners, bringing skills, enthusiasm, and genuine care to the causes we fund. From kitchen volunteering to community events, their hands-on involvement brings our mission to life in a way that goes far beyond financial support.
We are deeply grateful not only for their contribution and generosity, but for the warmth they bring to everything the Foundation stands for.

Key Foundation is funded by 5% of Key Pharmaceuticals’ annual profits. Nearly 100% of these funds are donated to charities, with a nominal amount used to cover third party administrative costs.
