Nicks background is a blend of global, local FMCG and Consumer Healthcare marketing, specialising in range of areas with focus on building brands, full end-to-end marketing, brand strategy/positioning, innovation and communication development with a strong underpinning in commercial brand management.
Previous roles include Global Brand Head Centrum (GSK/Haleon), Marketing Director ANZ (GSK CH/Haleon), Global Brand Director Unilever PLC and Head of Marketing ANZ Cerebos-Suntory.
Jacqueline Thorn
BSc (Hons), PhD, MBA, GDip IP. Chief of Staff & Privacy Officer.
Jacqueline is responsible for Legal and Contracts, Privacy, Risk, ESG and supporting the CEO. Jacqueline has 30 years’ experience in commercial operations, including business development and intellectual property in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and clinical research industries.
Jacqueline’s previous experience includes Commercial Director & Country Head ANZ at George Clinical as well as holding Sales and Marketing positions at Bayer Schering Pharma, Oxoid and Dupont.
Michelle Fry
BA (Psychology). Head of People and Culture. Michelle is responsible for developing and leading strategy for People and Culture. A People & Culture leader with over 20 years’ experience at Sanofi driving business transformation across Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan.
She is known for her ability to align people strategy with commercial outcomes. Michelle partners closely with executive teams to lift performance, simplify systems, and embed inclusive, high-impact ways of working. BComm, Director of Sales. Tom oversees the development and implementation of Category, Channel, and Sales strategies across all channels and market segments for Key Pharmaceuticals. Tom possesses a proven ability to drive business growth, cultivate high-performing teams, and achieve commercial excellence within competitive, fast-paced environments.
He brings extensive experience from multiple geographies, including Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and New Zealand, as well as from various sectors FMCG, Technology, and Consumer Healthcare. His prior roles include Sales Director at Microsoft ANZ, Sales Director at Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue) ANZ, Customer Development Director at Unilever, and Head of Key Accounts at Danone Nutricia.
Trevor Juniper
BA, MBA. Trevor is responsible for Business Development including new business acquisitions, Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Category Operations, business planning processes and strategic projects management.
Trevor has over 30 years of general management, business development and marketing experience in local Australian, APAC regional and global roles. His experience spans consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, developing and implementing business building opportunities, partnerships and team leadership.
His previous roles include general management and senior marketing assignments in China, Canada and Australia, category director Nicorette in global marketing at Pharmacia, APAC regional marketing positions at Schering-Plough and Bausch & Lomb and business development at BioInvent, a Swedish biotechnology company.
Feryal de Belin
BSc (Chem Hons), Master of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Director of Scientific Affairs. Feryal is responsible for the Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance functions. With more than 25 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical, medical device, veterinary, and cosmetic sectors across both Australian and international markets, Feryal brings a wealth of expertise in sterile and non-sterile manufacturing of medicines and medical devices.
Her background includes managing global compliance strategies, implementing GMP-compliant Quality Systems, leading successful Regulatory and Notified Body audits, and directing complex regulatory submissions and technology transfers.
Her leadership roles have included Regional Head of Technical & Regulatory APME and South Africa at Care Pharmaceuticals, Head of Quality at Troy Animal Healthcare, Technical Affairs Manager at Avon, Regulatory & Quality Manager at Medical Australia (formerly) TUTA Healthcare, and Quality, Technical, and Regulatory roles at AstraZeneca.
