Sherry Gregory

BA (Combined Hons French & Drama), BSocWork, Institute of Counselling, Advanced Certificate, Board Director and Proprietor of Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd. Sherry has 42 years of experience as co-owner of Key Pharmaceuticals and 3 years as a Board Member.

She has worked as a Counsellor and Social Worker in the fields of cancer, grief, and mental health.

Sherry is the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of The Key Foundation, a private trust committed to philanthropy and supporting charitable organisations that deliver positive outcomes in people’s lives.

Rodney William Unsworth

Ph.C.  Chairman of the Board. Rodney’s previous experience includes founder and Chairman of the Board of the ASX listed pharmaceutical manufacturing company Delta West Limited and leading international pharmaceutical companies such as Pharmacia, Schering Plough and Bausch & Lomb, in both Prescription and OTC medicines.

Rodney also served the Australian Government on the Board of Austrade (Australian Trade Commission), was Director & Chair of APMA, and Chairman of the NICM Health Research Institute at Western Sydney University. Rodney founded and is a Director of The Unsworth Foundation (Charity) and serves as Director on several start up and developing Australian pharmaceutical companies.

Catherine Harvey

BSc, MBL, GAICD. Board Director.  Catherine has more than 30 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology executive having held senior roles in corporate, medical, commercialisation and business development. 

Catherine’s skills and experience encompass research, regulatory and pricing approvals, licensing, strategy, business development, project management, product development, operations excellence, partnerships, and capital raising.

Catherine’s prior experience was as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer in the emergent medical cannabis industry and has worked in pharmaceutical companies such as Mundipharma, Allergan (now part of AbbVie), Nycomed (now Takeda) and Roche Products in roles working across prescription and OTC products, as well as medical devices.

David Cooper

BComm, CA and GAICD. Board Director.  David has 25 years’ experience as a finance professional, working at a big 4 professional services firm, focused on M & A transaction services to private equity and corporate clients, and as a CFO for a ASX200 listed company and a private equity owned portfolio company. David is currently the CFO of a venture capital-backed SaaS technology business, along with a start-up business focused on OTC products for respiratory wellness.  Past roles include CFO and Company Secretary for Medical Director, CFO of Westrac Pty ltd, and Partner at Deloitte. 

Helen Argiris

BComm, Registered Tax Agent; Fellow CAANZ; Member of AICD. Board Director. Helen is a Business Services Partner with BDO in Sydney. With a career spanning over 20 years in tax advisory and accounting services, as well as a strong focus on global outsourcing for Australian and international clients, Helen also works with private business, fast-growing start-ups and subsidiaries of multinationals. She currently serves as a Board member of BDO Australia, International Liaison Partner and head of the BDO Global Outsourcing team in Australia. Throughout her career, Helen has held positions on numerous Boards, as an independent director or external adviser.

Rohan Abayasekara

ACMA, CGMA, CPA. Company Secretary. Rohan is responsible for the maintenance of company records, ensuring compliance to all relevant laws and regulations. Rohan has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry holding senior finance and operational roles in multi-national companies, covering all aspects of business operations both country and regional (Asia Pacific) level. Rohan’s previous experience includes Senior Director Operations Asia Pacific at Schering and Regional Operations Director Asia Pacific at Bausch & Lomb. Rohan is currently working with The Unsworth Foundation responsible for governance, investment management, grants and overseeing financial reporting, and is Director of Qintet Pharma Partners Pty Ltd, providing advisory and consulting services to pharmaceutical companies.
