Julie Dillon

Julie Dillon is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Strategic Advisor and former CEO with more than 30 years of global leadership experience across consumer healthcare, FMCG and animal health sectors. She has extensive expertise in over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare, health and beauty, skincare, women's health, pet care, retail, professional healthcare channels and manufacturing, with leadership experience spanning Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Asia.

Julie is a trusted advisor to boards, executive teams and investors, specialising in growth strategy, innovation, transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Her deep commercial and strategic expertise provides valuable insight to support Key Pharmaceuticals' long-term growth and success.

Leanne Ralph

BBus (Accounting & Finance); Fellow, Governance Institute of Australia; Graduate Member, Australian Institute of Company Directors. Leanne is a highly experienced Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working with ASX listed companies and large private enterprises across a diverse range of industries. She is a strong business professional with a Bachelor of Business with Accounting & Finance Majors from University of Technology.

Leanne was the founder and director of Boardworx Australia Pty Ltd until her sale of the business in July 2017. She currently provides Company Secretarial services to a select group of ASX listed and large private entities in addition to Key Pharmaceuticals, including SenSen Networks Limited, Integrated Research Limited, Appen Limited, and ImpediMed Limited, and private groups, Estia Health and Alspec.

Leanne is also an independent non-executive director of Dicker Data Limited.

Roger Gregory

BLibStud, MBA, MFA, GAICD, Board Director. Roger brings extensive international business experience from over 20 years in film and television across Australia and the United States, including executive roles in strategic planning and finance at leading production companies in New York and Los Angeles. He managed business development, strategy and a $350M credit facility financing Academy Award-winning independent films with combined worldwide box office exceeding $1 billion, developing expertise in complex financial structures and stakeholder management.

Roger's international perspective and strategic finance capabilities, combined with his commitment to governance excellence, strengthen Key Pharmaceuticals' Board capabilities while also contributing to Key Foundation as a Non-Executive Director.

Helen Bourne

BBus (Acc), CPA, MBA, MAICD. Chief Financial Officer. Helen is responsible for Finance and Information Technology providing strategic oversight across governance, financial control, reporting, risk management, strategic planning and IT services. Helen has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in both multinational businesses and Australian owned companies, across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, publishing, telecommunications and infrastructure. Her expertise spans financial management, corporate governance, strategic design, enterprise systems and team leadership. Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Botany Group, along with executive finance and strategy leadership roles at Allen & Unwin, Murrumbidgee Irrigation, George Westons Foods and Optus.

Margie Haseltine

BA DipEd. Chair of the Board. Margie Haseltine has over 30 years of business experience across a broad range of senior positions and 10 years of board directorship experience.

Margie's previous experience includes serving as Chair and Non-Executive Director across ASX-listed, private, family-owned and not-for-profit organisations, with extensive experience chairing boards and key committees through periods of growth, transformation and complexity. Margie currently serves on the boards of Metcash and Inghams Group and is Chair of Kennards Hire.

Margie has also held significant executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Mars Food Australia, part of the global, family-owned Mars organisation. Her experience spans FMCG, supply chain, customer experience and large-scale transformation.

Sherry Gregory

BA (Combined Hons French & Drama), BSocWork, Institute of Counselling, Advanced Certificate, Board Director and Proprietor of Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd. Sherry has 42 years of experience as co-owner of Key Pharmaceuticals and 3 years as a Board Member.

She has worked as a Counsellor and Social Worker in the fields of cancer, grief, and mental health.

Sherry is the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of The Key Foundation, a private trust committed to philanthropy and supporting charitable organisations that deliver positive outcomes in people’s lives.

Catherine Harvey

BSc, MBL, GAICD. Board Director.  Catherine has more than 30 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology executive having held senior roles in corporate, medical, commercialisation and business development. 

Catherine’s skills and experience encompass research, regulatory and pricing approvals, licensing, strategy, business development, project management, product development, operations excellence, partnerships, and capital raising.

Catherine’s prior experience was as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer in the emergent medical cannabis industry and has worked in pharmaceutical companies such as Mundipharma, Allergan (now part of AbbVie), Nycomed (now Takeda) and Roche Products in roles working across prescription and OTC products, as well as medical devices.

Helen Argiris

BComm, Registered Tax Agent; Fellow CAANZ; Member of AICD. Board Director. Helen is a Business Services Partner with BDO in Sydney. With a career spanning over 20 years in tax advisory and accounting services, as well as a strong focus on global outsourcing for Australian and international clients, Helen also works with private business, fast-growing start-ups and subsidiaries of multinationals. She currently serves as a Board member of BDO Australia, International Liaison Partner and head of the BDO Global Outsourcing team in Australia. Throughout her career, Helen has held positions on numerous Boards, as an independent director or external adviser.

Meelian Hoh

BComm, CPA. Chief Executive Officer.  Meelian is responsible for strategy creation and execution to deliver superior performance.

Meelian is an experienced business leader across multiple industries and geographies, including Healthcare, Technology and Fast- Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and has led several business transformations, including business turnaround, as well as structured businesses for superior growth across the Asia- Pacific Region.

Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Key Pharmaceuticals, Chief Financial Officer at Smith & Nephew, Chief Financial Officer at Mitel Asia Pacific Region.

Nick Boyden

BA (International Relations) Nick is responsible for Marketing and Innovation, Corporate brand and Innovation. Nick has over 20 years of marketing experience in several multinational FMCGs. Nicks background is a blend of global, local FMCG and Consumer Healthcare marketing, specialising in range of areas with focus on building brands, full end-to-end marketing, brand strategy/positioning, innovation and communication development with a strong underpinning in commercial brand management.

Previous roles include Global Brand Head Centrum (GSK/Haleon), Marketing Director ANZ  (GSK CH/Haleon), Global Brand Director Unilever PLC and Head of Marketing ANZ Cerebos-Suntory.
