When should I start testing with Ovuplan urine tests?

To find out when to begin testing, determine the length of your normal cycle. This is the number of days from the first day of menstrual bleeding to the day before the bleeding begins again. Take the first day of bleeding as Day 1 and mark it on the calendar. Use the following chart to determine when you should start testing.

NOTE: If your menstrual cycle is typically longer than 35 days or shorter than 21 days, you should consult your doctor for the recommended day to start testing. You may test at any time of the day at your convenience, however, you should test at approximately the same time each day. We do not recommend use of your first morning urine; you should reduce your liquid intake in the 2 hours before testing.
