Key Pharmaceuticals – NeutraLice Pharmacy Assistant Competition 09
Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
1. Entry is open to all pharmacies and their employees in Australia. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. This is a trade competition. To qualify to enter, the pharmacy buyer must order an assortment of 12 NeutraLice products for the treatment of hair lice, correctly answer the questions on the entry form and send to Reply Paid 1033, North Ryde BC NSW 1670.
4. Judges decision is final. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash.
5. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Key Pharmaceuticals, 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 05/02/10 10am AEST. First valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win the major prize. The 4 minor prizes will be drawn immediately after. Winners will be contacted by mail and the name of the winners will be published in The Australian on the 17/02/10. If unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 07/05/10 at 10am AEDST also at 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113; winners will be notified by mail and by having their names published in the Australian newspaper on 19/05/10.
7. The Promoter is Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, ABN 21001215130, 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
8. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose unless entrant has selected to receive product or promotional information. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. If you want to know more about the Promoter’s privacy policy and procedures, or if you would like access to the information about you, which the Promoter holds, please contact the Privacy Officer of the Promoter.
9. The competition commences 1/10/09, 10am AEST and ends close of business 29/01/10, 5.30pm AEST.
10. A valid entry must include a completed original entry form, found at the bottom of the promotional flyer.
11. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
12. The major prize is a Holiday for 2 people to the ‘Byron at Byron Resort and Spa’ at Byron Bay, NSW, valued at $4,750.
Prize includes,
- Return economy flights from the winners nearest capital city to Ballina, NSW
- 3 Nights accommodation in a Deluxe Room
- Full breakfast daily
- Car hire for 3 days
- 2 Serenity Facials at the Wellness Centre
The prize must be taken within a 12 - month period from 5/02/10 to 5/02/11
13. The minor prize is a Hair Styling Package, consisting of a hair styling wand and hair products, valued at $450. There are 4 minor prizes to be won. Total value of minor prizes is $1800. Total value of the prize pool is $6550.
14. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
15. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The prize is not transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
17. Should the winner be under 18 years of age, parent/guardian approval is required to claim prize. Competition is not open to ACT residents who are under 18 years of age.
18. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored.
