About Dozile Natural

Dozile Natural is a herbal sleep aid that contains high potency valerian. It relieves insomnia, aids relaxation and improves sleep quality. Dozile Natural tablets have been formulated at a dosage which is based on broad clinical experience and clinical trials and because it is natural it is free from groggy after effects. Dozile Natural contains 2 grams of valerian (valeriana officinalis extract equivalent to dry root 2g) per tablet.

Dozile Natural tablets have no added salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives or sweeteners.

Dosage
Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime or when experiencing insomnia.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not recommended for children under the age of 12. Valerian is not recommended in pregnancy or lactation as there is not enough evidence to support the safety.

There are no reports in the scientific literature to suggest that valerian interacts with any conventional medications. However, valerian is a sedative herb that may increase the effects of alcohol and medications for anxiety and insomnia. Valerian should not be combined with barbiturates and should be used with caution, if at all, by people taking benzodiazepines, anti-anxiety and sleep inducing medications or other sedative medications including antihistamines. Valerian is well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal upset has been reported.
