Stomex Pharmacy Assistant Competition 2010 

Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. Entry is open to all pharmacies and their employees in Australia. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. This is a trade competition. To qualify to enter, the pharmacy buyer must order a minimum of 3 units from the Stomex range, correctly answer the questions on the entry form and send to Reply Paid 1033, North Ryde BC NSW 1670. 

4. Judges decision is final. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash.

5. The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Key Pharmaceuticals, 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 05/08/2010 10am AEST. Winners will be contacted by mail and the name of the winners will be published in The Australian on the 19/08/2010. If unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 05/11/2010 at 10am AEDST also at 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113; winners will be notified by mail and by having their names published in the Australian newspaper on 18/11/2010.

6. The Promoter is Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, ABN 21001215130, 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. 

7. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.  It will not be used for any other purpose unless entrant has selected to receive product or promotional information. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. If you want to know more about the Promoter’s privacy policy and procedures, or if you would like access to the information about you, which the Promoter holds, please contact the Privacy Officer of the Promoter.

8. The competition commences 31/03/2010, 10am AEST and ends close of business 30/07/2010, 5.30pm AEST.

9. A valid entry must include a completed original entry form, found at the bottom of the promotional flyer.

10. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.

11. The first correct entry drawn will win a Helicopter Adventure for two people including a picnic lunch to Vlasoff Cay, Queensland.

The prize package includes:

- 3 nights accommodation including breakfast at Peppers Beach Club Resort and Spa, Palm Cove, Queensland.
- Return economy airfare for 2 people departing from the winners capital city to Cairns.
- All transfers to and from Palm Cove.
- The prize must be taken within a 12 month period starting from 6/08/2010 – 6/08/2011.

12. Total prize value is $6,592.

13. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

14. The prize is not transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

15. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms & Conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored.
