1. Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all medical practitioners and their employees in Australia. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
4. Judges decision is final. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash.
5. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. The Promoter will conduct the winning draw at 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 07/10/2010 at 10am in order to determine the winner of the prize. First valid entry randomly drawn from all entries will win. The name of the winner will be published in The Australian on 21/10/2010 and notified in writing. If unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 07/01/2011 at 10am also at 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.Winners of the redraw will be published in The Australian on the 20/01/2011 and notified in writing.
7. The Promoter is Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd ABN 21001215130 12 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
8. The information requested in the entry form will only be used to conduct the competition in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. It will not be used for any other purpose. The Promoter will not disclose this information other than to contractors who provide services to the above services to the Promoter for the above purpose unless compelled or permitted by law. If you want to know more about the Promoter’s privacy policy and procedures, or if you would like access to the information about you which the Promoter holds, please contact the Privacy Officer of the Promoter.
9. Commences 22/03/2010 10am AEST and ends close of business 30/09/2010 5.30pm AEST.
10. A valid entry must include a completed original entry form, found at the bottom of the promotion flyer. To enter the competition the form must be sent (postage paid within Australia) to Key Pharmaceuticals PTY Ltd, Reply Paid 1033, North Ryde BC NSW 1670. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant.
11. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
12. First valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win a holiday to Southern Ocean Lodge, Kangaroo Island, South Australia for 2 people valued at $9,500.
Package includes:
- 2 nights twin accommodation at Southern Ocean Lodge.
- Return economy airfare for 2 people departing from winner’s capital city to Adelaide.
- All transfers to and from Kangaroo Island.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

- The prize must be taken within a 12-month period from 07/10/2010 – 08/10/2011.
13. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
14. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms & conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored. Printing & other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
