No Doz Awakeners contain 100mg of caffeine per tablet or approximately the same amount as a cup of coffee. No Doz Plus contains 100mg of caffeine per tablet plus 10mg Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and 10mg Nicotinic Acid (Vitamin B3).
